Sensors play a huge role in monitoring the level of oil in a hydraulic system. Oil is crucial to these systems and early warning of a low level will prevent downtime or costly repairs. By using our sensors you will gain real-time visibility into your hydraulic oil levels.
It’s not just the hydraulic systems themselves which will need monitoring, if the systems are fitted to vehicles they will also need to be monitored. Our range of sensors can monitor coolant levels and temperature, as well as oil and fuel levels.
The T/LL122 user adjustable & T/LL70 multi level float switches are used for oil level indication in oil reservoirs & power packs. Optionally, the T/LL122 can be specified with a temperature switch.
The solid state S282 & S286 oil level switches and T/LL400 oil level sensors allow accurate level measurement and easily interface with an engine ECU.
S100 series – our temperature switch range that can accommodate -40ºC to 150ºC in typical hydraulic applications e.g. levelling systems, working hydraulics, electro-hydraulic steering and braking systems.
